DETAIL OF THE EXTENSION:

As part of our development activities, capability load, market developments to parts of larger integrated assembly services and decoration, reintegration of stocks on our site, we have launched since on March 25, 2019 the completion of the extension of our production site.

The extension to the adjoining buildings consists of an extension to the current building of 3,550 m2 in accordance with regulations and environmental laws. The building, which will eventually be able to accommodate between 10 and 15 new presses depending on the tonnage, is divided as follows:                  

• 2 halls: product and raw material stores 2,650.00 m2
• 3 halls: injection workshops in 2 bays + maintenance 2 700.00 m2
• Offices in duplex and local-social 616,00 m2

Commissioning: 

•January 15, 2020 = delivery of the 2 new production & storage halls,

•July 31, 2020 = delivery of social & local offices,

•September 30, 2020 = delivery of the 2 new production & storage halls,

•December 31, 2020 = end of transfers & settlements.

With our on-going concern for development and respect for the environment, we are replacing old-generation hydraulic machines, with state-of-the-art electric presses.

• 3 new Engel presses = hydraulic (80T) and electric (50T  and 160T)
• 3 new SEPRO robots, 3-axis high-speed digital
• 1 new cooling system
